I drafted a highly rated TE and tried to play him as a LT and he sat for an entire season behind my current LT and this made him unhappy with me. I have since put him back to his natural position and placed him as the starter. Will he for sure change his opinion on me at some point? I have 2 and a half seasons left on his contract and would like to resign him

Yes he will. You didn't even need to change his position. He just needs to start a couple of games and it will go to neutral. If you have 2.5 seasons on his contract, you could sit him until late in his final year, then get him some starts.

He's better off staying a TE. He was a liability at LT. Far to light and gave up way to many sacks and hurries. I blame him for my tough start of the season. I counted over 20 sacks/pressures given up by him in the first two games and that's just counting passing plays, I didn't bother looking at how awful the run game was on his side.

Thank you. Yes that is the player I was referring to. I wasn't sure how much that weight actually mattered in the new engine. Turns out a lot lol, which I'm glad. A 260lb OL should get pushed around by 300lb DL.
