A player's age needs to be given more consideration when calculating trade value, and even more consideration should be given if they have anything more than <1% chance of retirement.

How is a 10 year vet (regardless of how good he is) worth more than the 1.8 pick?

Observation: player tags fail if viewed from a different league.
