It should have been a 5yd Hold on the D and an automatic first down for the offense and they should have retained possession. There was no return and thus no hold on a return so the turnover should have been wiped out!

Had it been a hold on the D they'd have gotten the ball at the 10. Touchback to the 20 minus 10 on the hold. Neither happened so it was a bug.

It looks like it was declined because the hold occurred at about the 32 yard line, so the offense would rather the D take over at the 20 instead of the 22.

FYI: I'm not sure if that's how this penalty would be applied IRL, but that's my best guess as to what happened here.

I think the hold happened after the INT (don't know how since the touchback was so quick - another issue).

Usually the "penalty" flag appears during the play at the time it happens. Since I didn't see it prior to the INT, I assume it happened after.

I'm not suggesting what happened here is not a bug. This is just what I think the Ai did.

If it happened after the Int, then you would have a 10yd penalty assessed, which it was not?!

If after the INT, I agree the ball should have been at the 10 if accepted.
But, I think the Ai may not have know the ball would be at the 10 and thought it would be at the 22, thus the decline.

If before the INT, the ball should go back to the Offense with a 1st down and the Ai should NOT have declined.

Either way it's a bug.

Definitely a bug. I have no idea how it hasn't been noticed up till now.
