I feel like I've heard this mentioned before, but CB's B&R Coverage potential seems to always trend downward in training camp even when the rest of the player abilities trend up. Is this a bug that hasn't yet been fixed or intentional? Is there a position where B&R goes up?

I've brought this up a number of times and nothing's been done. Either it's intentional, difficult to fix, or super low priority. The same with RBs never developing pass block.

An official statement from JDB would be nice one way or another. Seems so weird.

I actually don't know why this would be the case, there is nothing different about how B&R is updated compared to the other attributes. I haven't taken the time to step through the logic to see if there's something strange with that attribute.

I've VERY little exp on diving in this deep...but perhaps might the +/- effect on B&R be affected by the B&R exp of the Secondary coach ?

This does happen, yes. It's possible that the coaching hierarchy has poor B&R over these players, which could cause a decline in the future values.
