I don't think there is any intention of correcting this until the next version of the game is released, but there have been a few adjustments made in the two test leagues (I think).

This is being addressed in the next release, which will have fewer items to address than most releases have been up to this point. It was hot patches for issues like this that caused the huge fiasco with the most recent release.
