That is the only way I've figured around that other than to sign a bunch of coaches at minimum value. Liked by raymattison21

I will try to give them the exact amount they made prior , but I am already in the neg. And it looks like I could replace my 4 position coaches and that will open up around 15 mil. When I go to contracts for the position coaches it shows me being 14 mil in the red. My theory is if I replaced my 4 currently signed coaches for minimal contracted players . ...something might unglitch for the ability to sign my offensive coordinator (around 9 mil) or head coach(around 15 mil) . I want them both. So in theory I could sign my coordinator first then I will still be in the positive (9-15 mil =6mil) to sign my head coach. Those are the two guys I really want. As it am in the end stage now anyway . ....I was hoping for the salary loop hole to take effect and hopefully bypass and previous numbers . Cause like I said I really not to concerned but this seems like a clear bug to me . Does anyone know the salary cap for coaches ? I am at or around a total of 75 million per year for my whole staff. Based off league averages I should have more than enough room to sign anyone I want.

Perhaps the numbers are wrong for the league averages but I see no reason for me to be in the neg in the first place . Routinely I let quality coaches walk and have only signed or let the AI sign positions that were empty .
