Spoilers on/off | MyFootballNow

Spoilers on/off by JDOM @ 9/13/2017 11:40 am Is there an ongoing issue with this feature ? More times than not my results have been spoiled (literally), even though I have the "Show Spoilers" toggle set off....the very odd time it works...and hides the results once the next game runs. Very annoying.

If you don't check the 'keep me logged in' box when you log in and you follow the link from the email, it will take you to the site without you being logged in which will show the spoilers. If you're logged in and it happens then that would be another issue to investigate altogether, but I am unaware of there being any issues with that. Last edited 9/13/2017 4:57 pm

Hi JDB, The following is checked on "My Account" settings... Notice when sim is complete Game update notifications Private Message Notification I'm always logged in on Google Chrome on my laptop, and only the very odd occasion do I use the browser on my phone. That said, I do sometimes have multiple tabs opened for the different leagues I'm in....but I've took some steps to logout (in some cases rebooted) to have only one session open on my browser...it just seems very flaky....with respects.

Laptop rebooted, phone still off, I've typed "mfn football" into google (not using any bookmarks) and was asked to login. I logged in and went to the league where I set "Hide Spoilers.." to ON (MFN16)... Results and league standings are still showing and the "Hide Spoilers.." is still set to ON.

I need to figure out a better way to phrase it, but there wasn't enough room to say 'turn hide spoilers on' (which still is confusing because of the double negative). The dialog should say 'hide spoilers off' which, if chosen, will turn it off.
