Yeah, but people like you would only have to click the link that says show scores. It would eliminate the confusion and disappoint for those not wanting to see the scores.

Shouldn't even be an option. Just have it hide results and an owner has to click to see them. I can't see a reason why you'd want to have all the games spoiled
People like me who don't want to watch the game. I like the setup as it is now.

Why not just keep it as is? Seems only 1 person is having the issue .. lol

many people have had the issue, it's not just about you it's about what's best for all especially new people. Just cause one person just posted about it doesn't mean there hasn't been many similar experiences in the past. I had it happen to me a few times when i started. I would say the minority would be those who don't watch the games and don't care if there are spoilers. Whatever the solution is it is more confusing than it should be. I've probably got like 10 pm's over my time here about this very question. I't's not effecting me now but why should it even be an issue? There's always going to be things that need tweaking to help newer users.
The message 'hide spoilers on' means if you choose that you will turn the hide spoilers on. I need to figure out a better way to phrase it, but there wasn't enough room to say 'turn hide spoilers on' (which still is confusing because of the double negative). The dialog should say 'hide spoilers off' which, if chosen, will turn it off.
For me, I'm not confused with the current set up...
But it is extremely frustrating when I logged in this morning to click on two different leagues MFN-16 and NCAA with "Hide Spoilers On"...only to have both leagues results and standings displayed. This now happens when I log in on both Chrome or MS Edge browsers.

If your screen currently says "Hide Spoilers Off", then you WON'T see the scores/standings/etc.
If your screen currently says "Hide Spoilers On", then you WILL see the scores/standings/etc.
What you actually see on your screen in the menu is not what you are currently set to, it is what you will be set to if you click the link and change it.
