edit: looks like once you block someone you cant send a message to that person
here is my proof this is what it says You have blocked messaging and trades with this user You have blocked this user. This means that you cannot send or receive trades or private messages. To unblock this user, click here.
knowing i blocked you alex try to send me a message then i might be able to answer your question.
