If a team poaches a coach I may well not want to trade with them, just adds another dimension to the game imo

This is why I send all my coaches new contracts every off season for free agency 1, it's literally the only way to know who poached your coach without going through the coach for every team in the league...
Has anyone suggested that if a coach has decided to take an offer from a new team that the current team should be allowed the opportunity to at least match the offer (or even that a coach may wish to leave a team for some other reason, say, like unhappiness) ?
Although i have poached my share of coaches to help improve my teams i don't especially like this form of silent thievery in the night.
