I just joined the game because after watching the videos, it looked pretty cool. However, now that I have an account and team, I find that the support side is non-existent.

The forum system is convoluted and most of the forums have posts that contradict one another with little to no clarification from anyone that appears to be with the site.

The 'Official Blog' hasn't been updated in over two and half years. Links to purported breakdowns of attributes and explanations don't exist anymore.

Can anyone give me any indication that this site is active as anything other than a robot?

There is an active user base. Find a league that is close to full. Ask for help.

I'd say pick a League that is close to full. Post questions in the Forums. There are plenty of guys that are willing to help. This game is still in beta form, but it's the best out there.

NFL or EFL are good ones. Paydirt has a waiting list as far as I knew.

I do apologize that the documentation is lacking, since the site is in beta I have not spent a great deal of time keeping it up. There will likely be lots of changes before it gets to an official release, and I feel the time is better spent moving toward that goal.

I'd also add that joining a user created league seems to be a lot more fun than the others as everyone in them seem to be like minded players and keen to keep the community active.

This is definitely the best football SIM by far out there and it's free to play for the best part.
