100 INT QB goes through one of his progressions downfield and decides its better to attempt a pass to the blocking RB (which he misses), forcing a fumble considering it was a backwards pass.

Haven't seen it in a while as I thought the issue was fixed, but here it happened again (kinda sums up Christiansen's early career though..)

This is actually being addressed right now in the beta leagues. It had been reduced, but it is still happening in the current version, just less frequently.
