Having only one qb on the roster/depth chart seems to effect the logic. Previously , I had a converted rb (from qb ) as my back up. Last week I signed a qb and inserted him in to the depth as an inactive qb #3.

Now my QB #1 is listed as QB #1 on his card. All of my players card are correct.... Bug averted!
