Though this game seems more based around pro football, I'd like to suggest rivalry trophies. An owner could propose a rivalry trophy with another owner and if they both accepted and pitched in 2 credits, they'd have a rivalry trophy. The rivalry trophy would stay in the most recent winner's trophy case.
