Although I am guilty of taking other teams coaches, a good suggestion post I read somewhere on this board that you should have the ability to match offers made to your offensive and defensive coordinators. The position coaches should still be able to be poached because the other teams need coaches too. But to just watch the coordinators be taken away is disheartning.
If coordinators really mattered I might agree. Coach poaching is annoying because you have to then go out and hire guys, but losing a coordinator has very little effect on your team.
If a team poached my coach.....all I do is poach one of theirs back. Just to create the same hassle of finding another. Probably one of the easiest fixes..... just allow some sort of warning and two simulation for poachers.
Cause really who wants to sign all their coaches to new contracts each season just to keep a staff . 80 percent of the time it's an AI job for me. That's when it gets real wacky .
