has anyone ever tried to start a league, especially for beginners; where one is only allowed to use recommended gameplan? i know for you experienced owners this would be taboo but for us rookies it would be great and we would have the experience of actually winning, or say perhaps first 3 or 4 seasons are set for recommended game plan only and then slowly learn to playcall?
Interesting idea. There's a group of people already trying to get a league started but only made by newbies. This trick could solve the issue of how to discriminate newbies and veterans
Some one should start one. The tough part would be making sure someone couldn't tweak there playbook. I wonder if jbd could just turn these options off but allow the others.
Either way I am in , being a vet doesn't mean you know what plays to call....it's a matter of knowing what works and doesn't work. Even in roster selection a vet would have an edge, cause of the threshold of effective rating level per situation .
Cause, it's the most important part of the game. Putting ratings in the right spot. Still, I think it would be neat to build a team to a coach...or select a coach to fit a team and take the good with the bad ( play selection ) .
