New Opening in USFL/WFL

The USFL/WFL has an opening heading into its fourth season.

The Philadelphia Bell coach has agreed to step down and turn the franchise over to someone who has more time to devote to it. This team needs some TLC, but its salary cap situation is not bad and Philadelphia could compete in its division pretty quickly.
