Hello fellas, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have some questions that I couldn't find the answers too.

1. Do we have the Franchise Tag in this game?
2. Does home field advantage vary from team to team? example: it's harder to play in Seattle or Kansas City than it is to play in other stadiums.

1. No. As of now, no player will refuse to resign with a team, so no compelling need for franchise tagging at the moment.
2. Not that I'm aware of. It is, however, linked to attendance, so make sure you get butts into those seats!

That makes sense with the franchise tag.

There is no inherent advantage to one stadium over another (even dome vs outdoors) because I wanted to make sure any competitive advantage one team has over another is something that an owner can manage. Ares is correct though that the larger the crowd, the stronger your HFA is.
