When the game began prioritizing rules from the top down, placement on your list of rules became important. I have a LOT of rules for my teams. When I create a new one, I usually have to hit the "move up" button dozens of times to get that rule from the bottom of the list to the top.
Could there be a better way than the "move up" and "move down" buttons? I am thinking of being able to just grab the rule, or some sort of "handle," and roll it up or down the list. I am sure there is a technical term for this.
