Why is it that on some teams every single player is neutral, while I look at other teams and almost every player is happy?

It doesn't appear the success or failure of a team is an influence.

What you are seeing is the player's opinion of you, not their own team - most players on other teams will be neutral with you because they have no experience with you, whereas your players will likely be happy/unhappy/etc.

i know i'm just joking, lol. I don't really care about the opinion. As long as you don't cut a guy or bench them when they're better than the starter they usually are fine.

True, but there are players who think wrongly they are better than the guy ahead of them on the depth chart. They should be unhappy.

Question - Does the level of happy/neutral/unhappy affect play on the field or team cohesion? (Although team cohesion doesn't appear to be a factor in MFN.)
