OK Punisher, who has had the most dominant teams for the last 10+ seasons?

Punisher seems to be the all-knowing, all-seeing of all records in MFN. So I figure he'll have this one. Not necessarily who's won the most title games, but who's been in the most title games in any one league?

Lellow was absolutely dominant as an owner in 24.
