I think for the most part we agree that FB and TE are usually interchangeable. So lets assume Team A releases a FB .. and I need a TE. Is there a way to see what that players TE rating is that I am missing?

Or do I just sign the player .. and then view the rankings .. then release if they aren't very good.

For me I value them very differently
FB speed, strength, blocking ability
TE height, speed, blocking ability, route running, pass catching, acceleration, strength,

If you player search a (in this case a ...) TE all TEs and players that can play TE will be listed, all you have to do is scroll down until the player you're interested in is listed.

what does b&r mean?

Bump & Run - separation a player gets from a defender. EG - low B&R the player will find it hard to get away from the defender and either not run his route properly or run it in time.
