Please cut back on them a bit,lol My one team has been a triage unit all year. Still haven't played a game with a full/ healthy roster yet. I must be a lucky owner...haha

I hear ya.... I only had to put one on IR this season myself. Mostly questionable, then doubtful for me all season. Funny thing is this is happening to my players who are "conditioned" better than the others. IDK

I know well enough not to suggest it, but if anything I'd like to see more and greater injuries, as at its current level we are farrrr below the NFL injury average. You're complaining over one player on IR, whereas the Giants last season ended the year with 20 players on IR, at least 6 of whom were starters at the beginning of the season. Total, they lost 91 starter games due to injury. No team finished with less than 4 players on IR in 2014, and the Jets led the league with only 20 starter games lost during the year.
Injuries are one of those tricky things to implement into a football sim, because they're inherently negative. No one enjoys when it happens to them, even if they'd be oddly unhappy if it weren't a part of the game at all. So it's always a balance to have it 'be there' without feeling overwhelmingly onerous.

What makes it a bit trickier though as opposed to the NFL is we don't get a practice squad option. It would be nice to have a 7 player reserve that could practice .. maybe improve a bit .. but not be used for games.

This has been tossed around a bit, while yes, having a practice squad would give you a pool of players that you can pull on and would, in theory, have better conditioning and play knowledge than a free agent off the street, remember that they are effectively free agents because they have to clear waivers to be available, and any team can sign them at any time. It hasn't been added here because the added benefit doesn't really justify the added work involved with managing it.

Which is why I'm perfectly fine with not upping the injury rate ... lol

You obviously didn't read the OP.

Or maybe you didn't read the response directly after your post, to which that line was responding. Not all the world revolves around OP, y'know. But seriously, your teams are almost completely healthy, with only a single doubtful player between them, who'll be better in time for the playoffs. Keep calm and carry on; one player won't make or break a squad.
