I was thinking that it would be handy if the view with all the relevant bar charts for skills also showed which of these skills is weighted highest etc. It could be an arrow underneath the red/blue bar chart. That way you can see where the rating is most influenced.
Handy for new players and for people who use complex ratings or forget how they have set them up

actually this would help especially if it could help you decide which player is better at their position than someone else or even better than someone else in a formation or at least thats what i got from your message

And in a similar way, how about a position experience indicator on the ratings page.
