Probably been asked before, but i don't come here much..sorry
Just drafted a guy with a vol of 86, as soon as he was drafted, his vol went to 100..lol The draft is current as we speak. I never noticed this before until now. Is this the norm? What happened? |

Vol goes up for each round that a player isn't drafted.

Although I had a few beers during this event, I guarantee the vol was lower before i picked him up. Something behind the scenes happened. It's a conspiracy i tell ya'.. LMAO |

Never tracked it as a draft progresses. ..and this is why we should be looking toward a stable set of game rules and terms...with at least semi-concise indications as to what is to be expected in this game. A fantastic ask, but it is the only thing I find a blinding fault with this game....should "noobs" join and learn through osmosis of others ?...or perhaps they should have some guidance of some statute. Sorry for the rant.....I''ll go and shower ! |

But I hope I'm corrected.

I figured out the volatility upticking throughout the draft thing...
People were wanting players to be more draft desirable as the draft presses on in later rounds so JDB's response must have been to elevate the volatility as each round progresses. The obvious issue with this is that well, strength and speed stay relatively the same sans weight changes in either direction, therefore, elevating volatility to get more booms won't mean anything on a lot of players whom have locked in poor ratings in speed and/or strength dependent on position.

...and a lot of what I learned through the game was reading Setherick's content. Like, wow, why wasn't I doing that or I should definitely add that to the repertoire.
