Alright folks, here we go. I'm officially opening recruitment to the new Rivals league.

Recruitment Rules

0) You must be a veteran or vouched rookie. The reason why: ALL TRADES WILL BE ALLOWED! We don't want people thinking about the trade balancer when we are criticizing each other for trading one guy for another.

1) PM your rival and see if they are ready to go head-to-head against in the same division. Make sure they don't chicken out.

3) Pick the team that you want and have your rival do the same.

4) NO ONE GETS APPROVED WITHOUT A RIVAL!

5) The draft doesn't start until the league is full. Regardless, the draft probably won't start until Mid-November because my rival is busy with mid-term elections or something. I think he's faking it.

Starting year: 1992 (NFC domination era)

Free agency: Standard 5/3
