As it stands now the Chance to retire keeps going up each season

player is at 110 percent retire and retired in 1974 and they are in 1980 season

is at 280 percent retire and retired in 2016 season and MFN 1 is in 2039 season


anyway back to topic if a player retires either be 10 percent or 40 percent just have the chance of the player retiring stop going up after he retires.


this is more cosmetic than in important so probably could be put on backburner or not done .
