Is there an easy coding way to put the 'not under contract' players under a shaded hue. Colorize them on the depth chart until they go poof by another owner or get signed by you.

A nicely royal blue color or some designation that when we pull up the depth chart we can plainly see exactly how we stand going into FA #1.

To pile on here(but related), also maybe add an upcoming FA page under the Coaches/Players tab. So we can see players from other teams that have 1 yr left on their contracts all in one place vs searching each team one at a time.

If he was going to make any enhancement, I'd rather see it greyed out just like when you cut a player still in your depth chart. Retired players leave your depth chart and roster altogether.. Why can't expiring contracts walk the same way?

The greyed out works, definitely but I wouldn't want them to leave the depth chart all together because then you'd have to re-insert them into where you had them before, re-insert back into special teams and then re-insert them back into anything else special you did.
