they have a 1st round bye with best AFC 13-3 record though they are tied with Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans with best record which Tennessee has to play in the wildcard round awhile Ravens and Raiders dont which means either Ravens or Raiders are the 1st seed and other team is 2nd seed
