Re: If At First You Don't Succeed ... by Kababmaster @ 12/18/2018 9:18 pm A tipped pass is incomplete until it hits the ground or an official. It is very possible to have a tipped pass be mentioned as "incomplete"...perhaps the game log is too far advanced :)
