Rule Override

Rule Override by Jake-Attack03 @ 12/08/2018 7:31 pm Hey, just wondering how I make rules over ride others? For example: I have one rule which makes my team throw a Hail Mary when the game is almost over I also have a different rule which says that if I'm on my own 1 yard line I always run inside... Is it possible to make my Hail Mary rule take effect rather than my 1 yard line rule, when both can take place? Let me know if there is any confusion in what I mean. Thanks : ) Any help is appreciated!
