On the rules page in both my leagues (mfn-6 and major league football), when trying to arrange the order of defensive rules: rule 1 at order 1; rule 2 at 2; rule 3 at 3 ...
Try to "move up" rule 2 into order 1 and it will not move up.
Move rule 1 down, and it jumps to order 3, and rule 3 jumps to order 1.
Order 3 will not move up to order 2, but will move down the list. Order 2 will move down, but will not move back up past order 2. Any new rule i've created the last few sims will not move past order 2, and when created and moved up, it skips from order 4 to order 2.
In the end, only order 1 and order 3 can be moved to order 1, and neither can be replaced with a newly created rule (as new rules oddly will not move from order 3 to order 1 when the bounce happens). I've tried every combo I can think of to get the newest rules (rule 2 order 2) into order 1 position, and it just won't happen.

Unfortunately, it's left me with my 5wr, 0/1/4, and 1/0/4 rule switching back and forth with my goaline rule between the 1 and 3 order of execution, and does not allow me to properly prioritize any newly created rule's position. I'm not sure about my offensive orders, I'm afraid to mess up how i have them prioritized.

I've read this over mucho times, I hope it's not as confusing as it may be. It's hard to describe.

It should be noted that since this started a 3 game sims ago, i've cleaned cache, cookies, history, everything ccleaner and chrome settings can scrub.

Try deleting rule 2 and re-creating it to see if maybe it's got a bad sort value.

Gave that a go, was till goofy. Deleted rule 1 order 1. remaining rules mved up & down properly. Load rule 1 = it entered in order 1. Clicked order 2 to order 1, and rule 1 sifted all the way to the bottom of all rules. After that, everything is peachy and working correctly. Thanks for the assist!
