My rivals team had 46 injuries and 2 being serious in 20 games. Our starters only lost 12 games due to injury . That's super low in comparison to the nfl. Interesting enough oline and Dline missed 8 games and the rest 6. That doesn't follow the nfl distribution very much.

does the player opinion of a owner still work the same way if you were to do that??

reason i am asking i am doing it for the 1st time in a league i am in and see what the player can do.

also if you only sign him that way when game says you have contracts expiring can you renew his contract like anyone elses??

Injuries were already way too high as it was. Every game it seems like 3 or 4 players get into probable or questionable condition. This suggestion to turn up injuries sounds like it's coming from owners who can't win or fail to find success with their teams in this game. Like them thinking that if most starters get hurt on the teams, maybe we actually have a chance? Lol j/k. Injuries were fine as they were if not already high enough.

If you intend to keep the player, you should definitely do a contract longer than one year. But the post I replied to implies that he needed to get some roster fodder to fill his pre-season roster. In that case, you don't care whether or not the player will re-sign in the future and don't need to worry about extending his contract. But yes, you are correct, it will influence his opinion of you and also will not allow you to extend his contract if you do decide to keep him.

Basically, your team gets stuck in the injury whirlpool and while you're attempting to heal probable players, you'll see one turn questionable per se and then the back-ups start cycling in underneath it with nicks and probable designations.

Always play Probable unless you just want to rest him for other reasons as well. Questionable can play in a big game, unless you have a sercivable backup, but I wouldn't play Questionable during the regular season (unless it's lose and you're out). Doubtful can play in a big game as well if you just don't have anyone else. Out obviously cannot play.

Remember, "Probable" means he will probably be fine. It's just a way to indicate that he's not 100%; but, football players rarely are 100% once they have played a single game.
