Total cap.....$303,284,026 ....Dead Cap $35,543,028.......Room under cap $24,438,897.........Needed for draft picks $49,388,048. Hey guys am I in the red? Obviously I am not a good capologist.

Yes. The draft by itself will put you over the cap. In the end, you want your "need for draft picks" amount to be lower than your "room under the cap" amount.
If you don't want to lose anyone on your roster, then I suggest you trade draft picks for future draft picks. Also, don't sign any free agents unless you plan to unload players/salary to compensate. |

Yeah this caught me off guard and I had to trade those players I drafted
