I'd quite like to be able to upload custom endzone graphics for my team (possibly easiest if it were the entire field). Since the game renders on a flat background image, a replacement shouldn't be a major operation on a per-team basis.
That way individual stadiums could take on more personality, and home field would feel like home field.
