For your consideration:
On the "end of season" day, i think it would be neat if a team owner could switch to an ownerless team within their current league. His/her old team would then become available to anyone.
This would potentially prevent players from abandoning a league completely at the end of the season because they are disappointed with their current team, or maybe just want a change of pace.
The 30 day wait to rejoin a league might be a killer for league membership...
Obviously, this would be a very bad idea in season.

'Switch Teams within League' and the next screen you get a drop down menu of the open teams to switch to.

i think the 30 day wait thing is so people dont like a mistake on their team then leave that team then take over another team and make same mistake on that team where instead of screwing up 1 team they screw up 2 teams.

Then why not wait until the End of Season to renew? That way you have free reign to grab any team you want.

I think as it stands now, the waiting period is to prevent anyone from making any shady deals with friends and then take over a team that got stacked by favorable deals. Any any other possible scenarios of the like.

Also, I believe the commissioner of the league can approve an owner switching teams.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. I don't want to be giving bad info here.

i think thats the case why there is a waiting period because it would make most sense why there is a waiting period to claim a new team or to trade for 30 days.



actually only created leagues that have a admin can move a owner to another team awhile regular leagues you cant do that because those were created JDB and that would mean more work for him unless he gave someone that job to do .

Hard to make shady deals with an ownerless team. It would take mega pre planning to make it happen on just one sim day. Also, there is one sim day this could be done. Obviously in season a bad idea.
I do suppose abuse is possible, some people feel a need to cheat for an advantage instead of work for it, unfortunately. That said, umm dual, fake accounts? argument void.

So what you’re saying is, it might be possible to cheat with dual accounts. So we might as well lower the bar and make it easier for people to cheat in other ways. ??
