Would it be possible for the Sim Schedule for each league to have the "tics" the Cap is checked (when restrictions/auto-waivers would happen) simply be bolded?
Searched the forums for almost an hour to find one part of a question I had, when will this (being over cap during off season) affect me, and when do I have to be wary of it in the future?
Being over the cap: when Preseason Game #1 sims it'll start from your highest salary player and cut 'em until your cap lowers below sea level. (isn't over the cap)

Yes, that is what I found after an hour of searching. So when does it next apply? Every week, every "tic" etc. Either bold the "tics" when the check happens, or the ones where it doesn't happen, whichever is less.
As far as I know, you're under the 'cut threat' throughout the season starting from Preseason Game #1 until after the title game sims at the end of season sim.
Offseason, which commences after the End of Season sim through FA/Draft/Late FA and finally to the Preseason #1 sim = the Safe Zone.
Cap is enforced at every game stage, whether you play or not. Midweeks do not have enforcement, which is its purpose (to make signings and then trim your roster back down if they sign)
