How to make a player like you again?

I drafted a strong fast RB but he was a huge bust. I rated him highly due to his raw talent but his carrying, catching etc were very low and staying that way.
He did start with decent blocking and protection, so I moved him to LT in the preseason. He wasn't too happy about that. He's now my (blocking) FB but he's still unhappy with me. He sometimes gets the ball and does some good things with it. Any way to bring him around or is the system set up so that this goes only one way? |

I found at in preseason that he can run (he was technically a LT when he made this run due to formation subs

this player = https://nfl14.myfootballnow.com/player/4341
what i was told that you have to have that player at his best position that player is better at LT than LG than RT than RG than C than TE than FB so you have to have him at LT over the rest of the positions and starting at LT too for him to be happy at you . |

I picked up this player in one of my leagues. I didn’t have anyone who was a better kick holder than a mid-40 and wanted someone who could do better. So that’s why I grabbed him.
His rating as a RB is not great, but he has good speed (it’s dropped since his first season), ball carry and avoid fumble so I play him at RB as well. He averages between 4-6 yards per carry and has twelve TDs in four years. He’s also averaging a bit over 100 yards receiving as well. Not too bad for a low rated RB. https://nba.myfootballnow.com/player/1411
