I am in a league which has stopped spinning until it attracts new members. It has done this a few times. Rather than being attracted to it, I can't leave this league soon enough. When a league gets too few members, we initiate a downward spiral of declining interest until getting rid of the league is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Culling bad leagues is a practical necessity, but starting the process mid-season is a way of taking out your frustrations on remaining members. Waiting until the end of the season would cut overhead without punishing existing customers. It would also be helpful to tell us why our league stops spinning, instead of leaving us to wonder.

for each league to spin they need at least 16 people in it and i think that has been posted many times though maybe league still tell you how many are in it by a counter for that league then no more guesses
