Be nice to have the ability to create smaller leagues that would have a quicker season.
Also, allow custom leagues to toggle league size (between 8, 16, and 32) to allow for actual gameplay instead of waiting for that 17th team to move a SIM .. Obviously, it couldn't be an inseason change.
