Tosses break from time to time. Also, maybe, and I haven't researched it but this could be about play knowledge, too. Not sure how many times you've ran the play or if you're just trying it out.

So is the qbs accuracy . When the ball teleports he has called it a rendering error. In beta tests they were all fumbles...so I guess it's better than that |

Route, interesting. That makes sense to have a RB's trajectory need to be proper in receiving a pitch.
Also adds another wrinkle to the game. I like that. Also, it means a certain position placed in that spot (non-RB) should/could be harmful on these runs. |

well here is his exact wording
By jdavidbakr - Site Admin 10/13/2018 11:07 am Once the ball is in the air for the pitch the logic is the same as the passing logic. There is just some additional logic to reduce the "drops" and of course to consider those as incomplete. But the targeting of the pitch clearly didn't survive the update for the downfield passes

Love it and can't believe I never thought of it. I'd see the pitch/tossing thing happening a lot but now it makes sense. Just watched it happen to me in a game. Ball carrier goes wide for a terrible arc on a toss and because he had high ball carry I survived it.
It was the position lacking 'route', too. LOL Here I thought it was a random bug popping up. |
