Two QBs, similar over-all ratings, but different skills to get there. Would you prefer one over the other, and why? I honestly can't decide. Beyond thinking "well, this guy's pass acc is better, is that enough?"

I'd opt for Wixom since it's rather close. Moving target at QB with speed and scramble while a high avoid fumble. That combo would be the deciding factor for me.

97 accuracy vs 83. It's not even close - Wixom by a mile.

Intelligence, discipline, arm strength and pass release made it a closer decision.

I'd also opt for Wixom, even though I have him rated 4 points lower than Johnson. Looking at stats, I was at first surprised that his YPA was higher than Johnson's last season, but maybe higher accuracy means receivers are catching the ball in stride. It may also be the way they are being used. Maybe the primary starter will see more West Coast type situations, and the backup is calling Air Coryell. Anyway, time to adjust my weights. :)

I feel like people are underestimating field of vision and release a lot.

If my QB flowers were better at those, he might actually do more than stare down 1 man (often not seeing a wide open team mate) and lack of above average release leads to uncatchable, errant passes.

Look off Defender and Field of Vision I try to get both as close to 100 as possible. I don't want to give the sim engine any excuse to corner me into interceptions/turnovers.

Look off was mostly safeties, I think setherick said about 4.5

Johnson also has a big edge in intelligence. It probably comes down to play familiarity and who makes better decisions. All the accuracy in the world doesn't matter if the guy sucks. If I were deciding I'd take Wixom, but you've seen them both in action.
