Well, I can tell you for a true aur raid system, you want plays where there are 5 guys on a route. This should work better now (it did not work at all in 4.4)
As far as players you want, I would look for a qb with great FOV and LookOffDefender. RBs with Acceleration and PassCatching. TEs and WRs with B&R Avoidance and Route Running. OL with Speed and Pass Block (IMO, speed is more effective than strength in the passing game right now.)
