Players getting taken off the depth chart.

This has happened to me on quite a few of the teams I own. Every now and again a player drops from the DC. I thought that it might have happened when gameplanning, but I am currently in the middle of a draft and its happened.
The problem that it has caused is that I now have more players than I would have liked at one position due to the missing player, yeah my fault I know, but this wouldn't have happened if the DC didn't exist.

If it's during the draft, I think I might know what's going on.

At least, this is what I've noticed.

If you have clicked on a player, and then go to edit a sticky note, hitting backspace or delete will remove the recently selected player from the depth chart.

I've learned to edit my notes before I start making changes to the depth chart and it seems to have prevented the issue.

That might have happened as I have a plethora of stickies on draft day, but can't remember if I did any edits..

I have noticed it as well, I dont recall it ever happening to me during the draft. I have had it happen between games during the season. I also notice it will do it sometimes when I cut and sign a player it will reset my depth chart. Either way I will still have players active who are not on depth chart

The "delete" key makes sense, I've tried to shield the delete action if you are in a note but I've also noticed it occasionally leaking through. I've got a slew of interface tweaks I'm working on (mainly making the site mobile friendly) and there are a few interfaces like this one that I am going to revisit, which hopefully will solve this issue.

Its literally just happened to me now. MFN6 has a draft on the 8th and I have been sorting out potential draft picks. I went to my DC after adding prospects to my draft board and one player was dropped.

I've just disabled the "delete" key from removing players in the depth chart - to remove a player you can drag them up to the top list. Hopefully this was the cause of the phantom DC disappearances.
