Is there a direct thread or page where we can see the changes to each attribute from patch to patch? I'm looking for any useful info to adjust my weights, I don't want to completely over value something that may not be getting any love atm.

Is there anything that's updated regularly.. by the developer etc? These posts I've read and there all from March. Also with Seth stepping away, who is taking over as the league guru?
