Bye-Week Scouting of potential opponents

Yes, they get a week off to rest up, but the game does not allow for them to keep on top of their toes by way of improving OFF/DEF playbook familiarity. I would like to see a way where you could scout ANY opponent at ANY time....especially in the PO's when you have a week off.
