The 6-9-1 Phoenix Phantoms in the AC South and 6-10 Washington in NC East are currently ownerless.

It's the end of season 3 (regular season just ended), so if you take over now, you'll join a highly active league and have plenty of time to set up before the draft and get your personal adjustments in. :-)

Also the 7-8-1 Pittsburgh team is in need of fresh ownership. trslick decided to call it quits and leaves a team that was divisional winner in the first two seasons.
