https://mfn27.myfootballnow.com/team/2. I wanted a project team so I could learn the game, but I am at a loss. I dont think I can cut or trade anyone because I only have $200,000 left in salary space this year. I'm looking for recommendations, I know itll take a complete rebuild

Id cut:
DE Gomez DE Lewis SS Burnham They are all 1 year players and you'd get some cap room.

Would that do anything though? I'm still new. But I'm under the cap now and their contracts expire at the end of the year, so wouldnt it be better just to let them walk?

If you are going to let them walk you can save 4-5 million by cutting them now.

Ohhh, I see now. I was thinking it would add to my dead space for this season. So if I understand right, since I cant make trades yet, my best strategy is to cut my high salary one year contract guys and replace them with league minimum for one year and do it again next year

Cut Rick Renz. He's too old, slow, and expensive. Same for Wiley McChesney, John Wells, and Ed Delong, although their contracts are cheaper. George Schlegel, Edward Chamberlain, and Luke Wilson are going to retire, you'll take a dead cap hit anyway, so tell them to kick rocks now. Gary Fedler is slow for a FS and getting slower. Jeffrey Stewart and Clinton Fernandez are busting, cut them.
You could save a lot by re-writing the contracts for Jefferey Brown, Pete Boswell, Terry Noll, Charles Gray, Rodney Johnson, Wade Cevallos, and David Schneider. The best method is here: https://mfn27.myfootballnow.com/community/3/5847?page=1#35447 Noll is likely to take a speed hit soon. You might want to switch him from tackle to guard. Same with TE Ralph Anthony - if you decide to keep him, make him a guard or center. I would negotiate new contracts if possible with Lewis & Gomez instead of cutting them. They're not great players, but you don't have a lot of options on the D-line at the moment. Make Lewis backup DE on both sides, he would be happier on the left once he gets some experience there. Do some or all of that, and you'll have plenty of $ for minimum FA's, with enough left over for any bell-ringers that show up on waivers.

It appears that, two days after asking for help, he has abandoned this team.
