I've been trying to figure out why my 98 catch wide receiver has 7!!!!! dropped passes in 5 games. Then I realized he doesn't know the plays. Are drops tied to play knowledge? Can we just turn them off.

Are a lot of his drops in traffic? I notice his pass courage is 23.

Most drops seem to happen when the guy is wide open, but there are too many drops. And I think some plays are just made to cause drops. There was some curl pattern that was a guaranteed 2 yards on 2nd & long and 3rd & long. When I tried a game where it was my only play on 3rd & 1 - drops everywhere. After two weeks I gave up and took it out of my playbook.
