I will come in and own a bankrupt team and nurse it back to financial and competitive health in your league. I also have a friend or two that may be able to help.

What I ask is that you do the same for a few leagues that I am in.

This will keep these leagues going and make the teams more attractive to new owners.

I really like this idea! A positive could also be someone ends up sticking with the league they are helping.
